How can I return an item?

All returns are to be logged with sales@airsme.com. Please note that items can only be returned as per the conditions stipulated in our returns policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Items that are no longer in stock will be restocked and communication will be sent to all email subscribers. If the item is end of life we will communicate this and remove the item from the store.
How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery is possible anywhere in South Africa and can be completed in 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday (not including public holidays), provided that payment and order confirmation are received by 12 o'clock on the same day. Shipments to remote locations may encounter an additional delay of up to 24 hours, contingent upon the point of origin and destination.
